Dr. Nicole P. Wagner is a Recovery Peer Specialist/Coach Manager for Life Bridge Health Organization in the Baltimore Maryland area, where she has devoted 11 years of her knowledge and skill set since her second year of grad school. She has extensive experience in conflict resolution, organizational leadership, business management, motivational interviewing, mentoring/coaching, self-esteem building, anger management, team building, problem solving, individual and group counseling, group therapy, project management, data collection/tracking and analysis, along with empowering others to reach their full potential and more. Her recent activities include the launch of Rapid HIV/AIDS Education and Testing at Grace Medical Center. In addition, Dr. Nicole is a Board Member of the HIV Prevention/NEP Oversight Opioid Epidemic Committee by appointment of the Baltimore City Mayor’s Office. Where she successfully achieved a Level 3 certification for the GMC ED due to decreasing the number of deaths as a result of the opioid crisis. Her key component used in decreasing the number of repeat visits or fatal outcomes is due to providing overdose prevention education with distribution of the naloxone (Narcan) Kits by she and her team. Her education includes earning her BA in Human Services with a focus in Substance Abuse and Alcohol Counseling, MS in Human Service Administration with a focus in Marriage and Family Counseling, followed by achieving her Ph. D in Business Management with a focus in Organizational Leadership. Dr. Nicole holds multiple certifications ranging from but not limited to family services counseling, Baltimore Health Department Overdose Response Program: Train the Trainer, Co-Occurring Disorders Professional, Drug and Alcohol Counselor, Trauma Informed Care and more.
Dr. Nicole is a woman of many talents and she wears many hats, but her most important role is being a mother of a beautiful daughter. She is the founder of Three Star Purpose, a for profit business she started during her grad school college coursework as an assignment. TSP focuses on providing wellness of the individual whole person by nourishing the mind, body and spirit. She is a positive body image advocate/influencer and leads by example in being a plus size model breaking stereotypes and barriers that many dares to challenge. In addition, she is a blogger, multi-certified fitness instructor, personal trainer, Editorial Manager/Freelance Writer with True Self Magazine, actress in the Show up Films, LLC online urban web series PROJECT HEAT Baltimore, published author writing online business journal articles and contributing author in S.U.R.G.E UNCUFFED ANTHOLOGY: Champions Who Chose To Dominate.
Keeping a busy, yet productive schedule she is the Director of Community Outreach at Flaws-R-Fab, which is an organization centered around empowering youths exposed to bullying. She is also a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated along with Tau Eta Zeta Honor Society. No stranger to overcoming earlier moments of darkness as a survivor of domestic violence, and childhood molestation she is the ideal woman for the task of inspiring and empowering other females. In 2017, Dr. Nicole worked with Wanda Palmer-Reid, founder of Protect Our Girls Campaign on a documentary titled END THE SILENCE. Raising awareness along with education of warning signs and healing of child molesters she shared openly for the first time publicly her experience of being molested by a male family member.
Dr. Nicole embraced the process within the journey of finding herself and has gone on to soar in life while making a positive impact on the lives of others. Leaving no stone unturned, or at least tried she proves without argument that body size does not limit how she moves in life. Dr. Nicole participates in pole fitness, sexy chair and floor fitness and she uses body movement to empower other females as she is a Polynesian style dance instructor (HOT HULA). Proving her love for body movement she has worked with music professionals such as Herb Middleton “Look At Us” in choreographing a dance routine. She has also choreographed dance routine for Nigerian music artists. Most recently she worked with Raymond Stark (djkyngray) and his team on their newest single Whoa Now Tho music video and dance challenge.
It is no surprise that she has received numerous awards/honors, Humanitarian Award, Surviving Warriors, Longevity Award, Runway Liberia Luxurious International Fashion Award, Outstanding Leadership to name a few. In 2019, Dr. Nicole competed in the Ms. Full-Figured DMV Pageant and she placed in the Royal Court as Ms. Exquisite 1st Runner Up along with Ms. Social Media. Her ministry is inspiring and empowering all females while teaching them the importance of self-love, individual body acceptance while becoming the proprietor of their own body type.
